A word from the Owner I created Results! Medical Spa to bring high-tech esthetic treatments to the public in a spa setting with minimal fluff and top of the line Results! At 43, I decided that leaving a spa “feeling good” was not enough. The result you receive should be a direct reflection of the money you just spent—and should also be immediately visible in your mirror! Your skin should look great when you leave and even better in 24 hours. I used this philosophy to define my concept of what Results! should offer. You’ll get your fair share of pampering and relaxation, but we never lose sight of the main goal: better skin when you leave than when you came in. Shannon Lipham was involved for years with a family-run Merle Norman Cosmetics business that included five studios. She continues to work as a commercial model with Elite, Lifestyle Division, and About Faces Modeling Agencies in Atlanta and always tells clients, “I am my own best customer.” Shannon holds a B.B.A. in Management from the University of West Georgia, and a degree in Esthetics from the International School of Skin and Nails.
